Program Information:
-Please gather at the 1st floor of Ktown4u coex at your reserved time.
-Show your mobile or printed voucher to the staff upon arrival.
-Please be on time, as late arrivals may not be allowed to participate.
-Each time slot features a different class song, so please refer to the schedule above.
Concert Information:
-Concert tickets cannot be purchased separately. No partial refunds will be given even if you do not use the transportation or participate in the tour.
-Make sure to enter your accurate passport information when booking.
-All participants must bring their passport.
-To receive your ticket, please present your reservation confirmation email and passport.
-If your information does not match, you will not be able to receive your ticket and no refund will be issued.

[When using subway line 2]
Walk straight to the gate between exits 5 and 6 of Samsung Station,
go straight to the big electronic display through Millennium Square,
go up the stairs next to Starbucks, and it's the building on the right.
[When using subway line 9]
Get off at Exit 7 of Bongeunsa Station on Subway Line 9 and go straight.
You can enter the 3rd floor of the coex Artium located next to the Trade Tower.
Notice
1. Choose the date and time you want to buy.
2. You can participate in the experience over aged 7.
3. Check your mobile voucher or email voucher.
※ After your reservation is confirmed, the operator will send you a voucher.
4. Vouchers are valid only on the specified date and time.
5. Please arrive at the experience place 10 minutes before class time.
6. Please wear pants (such as training clothes) and shoes (except high heels and slippers) suitable for dancing.
7. Please follow the safety rules and follow the instructions of the teacher.
8. If the minimum number of people is not met, the class may be canceled or rescheduled.
In this case, we will notify you by text or email in advance.
(If the class is canceled due to the operator's situation, a full refund will be made.)
9. If you are more than 30 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and in this case, a refund is not possible.
Refund regulations
• If you cancel two days prior, you can get a 100% full refund, and after that, you cannot get a refund.
• If you cancel or no show on the day, you cannot get a full refund.
